Our Spiced Rum Bratwurst sausages are made using whole cuts from our own heritage rare breed pigs. Blended with a smooth dark rum, herbs, and a gentle seasoning to complement the natural sweetness of the pork and add subtle depth without overpowering the clean character of the meat. Made in small batches, they’re juicy, balanced, and properly savoury — lightly aromatic, slightly sweet, and designed to cook beautifully without drying out. These are easy, comforting sausages that work just as well for breakfast as they do in autumn tray bakes or relaxed weekend cooking.

**How to cook ** Cook slowly over a medium heat, allowing the sausages to colour evenly while the sugars gently caramelise. Avoid high heat early on to keep them juicy.
